- Chutzpah Store offers products fulfilled by third-party vendors as well as original print-on-demand items. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:
- Ordered the wrong size or color.
- Changed your mind after purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, or any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must request a refund or replacement within:
- 5 days of delivery for most products to all locations except the EU.
- 14 days of delivery for products shipped to the EU.
- To initiate a return for damaged or defective products:

- A clear explanation of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Eligibility criteria for returns:
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
- Return Approval Process
- Upon review and approval of your return request, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label.
- Instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the specified return period will not be accepted.
