REFUND POLICY

    • Chutzpah Store offers products fulfilled by third-party vendors as well as original print-on-demand items. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:
      • Ordered the wrong size or color.
      • Changed your mind after purchase.
    • Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, or any products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products
    • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must request a refund or replacement within:
      • 5 days of delivery for most products to all locations except the EU.
      • 14 days of delivery for products shipped to the EU.
    • To initiate a return for damaged or defective products:
      • Email info@chutzpahstore.com with the following details:
        • A clear explanation of the issue.
        • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
    • Eligibility criteria for returns:
      • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).
      • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
  3. Return Approval Process
    • Upon review and approval of your return request, we will provide:
      • A prepaid return shipping label.
      • Instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the specified return period will not be accepted.
